Time:2025-01-17

On June 6, 2016, DJI officially established the Unmanned Aerial Systems Training Center (UTC) and held a media meeting in Shenzhen. The UTC launched drone training courses tailored for various industries, and upon passing the assessment, trainees could obtain a certification. At the media meeting, products such as the DJI MG-1 agricultural plant protection drone, the Inspire 1Pro, and the Matrice M600 were showcased. On the same day, Liu Tiexiong, Vice President of the General Aviation Branch of the China Air Transport Association, Zhang Zhaowen, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Adult Education Association, and Zhu Linrui, Deputy General Manager of the UTC, jointly presented certificates of qualification to the first batch of 11 graduating trainees.

The design and construction work of this conference was mainly undertaken by Ruler Exhibition. During the design and preparation phase, the design team delved deep into DJI's concepts and the conference theme, communicated fully with the person in charge, and accurately grasped the core message, expected effects, and target audience of the press conference. Based on this, the team carried out meticulous design and construction work for the press conference.

First of all, the design team placed numerous signboards with arrows and text instructions in many places at the beginning of the conference. The purpose was to enable participants to quickly and easily find the event venue and various functional areas.

Secondly, an arch with a blue background was set up at the entrance. The words "UTC Unmanned Aerial Systems Training Center Media Meeting" were clearly printed on it. The two sides of the arch were decorated with blue patterns and paper airplane elements, which were not only eye - catching but also full of a sense of technology. This could effectively attract people's attention and clearly define the event theme at the same time.

Inside the hall, a large dark - blue backdrop was set up. The words "UTC Unmanned Aerial Systems Training Center Media Meeting" and the brand logo were also on it. The backdrop was in a prominent position, playing a role of visual guidance, focusing the visitors' attention on the core area of the event. Below the backdrop, there was also a text prompt saying "Go straight to the right and take the elevator", which was convenient for visitors to find the way to the venue.

In other areas of the hall, some small signboards were also reasonably set up. For example, a turquoise signboard was placed next to the elevator, further guiding the visitors' moving direction, ensuring that the layout of the entire space was clear and orderly.Considering that drones were one of the core elements of the event, the team placed white display stands in the venue.

Through physical display, participants could more intuitively and vividly understand DJI's products, enhancing interactivity and the sense of experience. Product description boards were also placed next to the display stands, providing relevant product information for the convenience of visitors. The scattered layout and open - style design of the display area aimed to encourage visitors to interact with and experience the exhibits. Visitors could freely move around among the display stands and observe the exhibits from different angles. This design concept emphasized the initiative and sense of participation of the participants, enabling them to understand the characteristics and functions of the exhibits more deeply, rather than just passively watching.

Next, let's review the efforts and achievements of Ruler Exhibition in this project through design drawings and on - site pictures.
