How much per square meter? What’s included in the quotation?
Prices are calculated based on booth area, molding craftsmanship and material grade, with clear unit price range for standard custom-built booths. The quotation covers design, main material production, on-site installation, local transportation and basic lighting & power supply. Excluded fees include venue management fee, electricity charge, utility deposit, approval fee for custom construction, extra furniture rental and out-of-town travel expenses.
Do you take small-sized booth orders? Is there a minimum construction area requirement?
We accept booth orders of all sizes, ranging from 3 to 54 sqm standard custom stands to large double-deck booths with no mandatory minimum area requirement.
Can you provide free design renderings? How many viewing angles are available?
Free renderings from 3 to 4 common viewing angles are available, customized according to client’s company logo, product style and brand color scheme.
What materials are used for booth construction? Are they fireproof compliant?
We adopt exhibition-specific fire-retardant boards and fireproof printing fabrics, together with national standard flame-resistant wires. All materials comply with exhibition fire safety codes and can pass on-site fire inspection 100%.
How long in advance should we book your service?
For overseas exhibitions: book 4-5 months in advance, finalize the scheme 1-2 months ahead, manufacture within 1 month, and arrange sea freight for 1-2 months.
Do you provide on-site maintenance staff during exhibition days?
Professional maintenance workers stay on site throughout the exhibition to fix lighting breakdowns, loose structures and circuit faults, ensuring all-day normal operation of the booth.
Who takes charge of drawing submission and approval? Can the application get approved smoothly?
Our team is fully responsible for preparing construction, electrical and fire control drawings and handling the whole approval procedure. Familiar with audit rules of various exhibition centers, we maintain a high approval rate.
What is your payment schedule?
50% deposit is required upon contract signing to start production; the balance shall be fully settled after your acceptance check upon completion of on-site installation.
