Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) Autumn Electronics Fair 2025 will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from October 13 to 16. Co-located with the International Electronics Components and Production Technology Exhibition, the event is organized by the HKTDC and features both physical and extended online displays.

As a large-scale exhibition, it gathers over 3,200 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions worldwide, as well as approximately 60,000 buyers from 142 countries and regions. Exhibits cover diverse categories including artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, e-healthcare, and audio-visual products. The fair boasts special zones such as the "Brands Gallery," "Start-up Zone," and "RISE Avenue," along with the RoboPark activity space. Concurrently, more than 100 cutting-edge forums and robotics demonstration events will be held.

Beyond helping numerous enterprises secure orders and reach cooperation intentions, the fair focuses on core industry trends, promotes technological exchanges and innovation-driven development in the global electronics industry, and has established itself as a world-class electronics event that sparks business opportunities.

At the HKTDC Autumn Electronics Fair 2025, OVANN’s booth is crafted by the professional team of Ruler Exhibition.

Centered on "strengthening the visual expression of e-sports genes and creating an immersive experience," the booth closely aligns with OVANN’s brand positioning of "BORN FOR GAMING." Through striking color contrasts and futuristic linear elements, it conveys the brand’s professionalism and vitality in the e-sports peripherals sector. Meanwhile, the booth creates a three-dimensional space integrating product display, interactive experience, and business negotiations, allowing visitors to intuitively perceive the brand’s in-depth adaptation to e-sports scenarios and product quality.

Display Area

Adopting a multi-dimensional display structure:

• A large lightbox on the main backdrop highlights the core e-sports headphone series.
• Layered display racks and wall-mounted product areas on the side cater to the exhibition needs of different headphone categories.
• A central L-shaped display platform and a right-side experience station offer hands-on product trials, complemented by dynamic presentations on electronic screens to enhance visitors’ perception of product performance.

Negotiation Area

Two sets of circular negotiation tables and chairs are positioned behind the display area, forming a relatively private space for business communications. This design avoids interfering with the front-end display flow while providing an in-depth exchange scenario for potential clients.

Traffic Flow Planning

Visitors enter the booth, browse products along the main display wall, then proceed to the central platform for hands-on experiences, and finally transition naturally to the negotiation area. The smooth flow covers the entire "cognition-experience-decision" process.

Color Scheme

• Main Colors: White (pure sense of technology) and red (e-sports vitality). White serves as the base to highlight product texture, while red acts as an accent to strengthen brand recognition. This combination aligns with the "passion and vitality" attributes of the e-sports industry, creating a strong visual impact to quickly attract exhibition foot traffic.

• Auxiliary Color: Black balances color tension and enhances the space’s stability.
