Sam Wang

Obtained a bachelor's degree from Xi'an University of Engineering in 2007, co founded Shanghai Ruler Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. in 2009, and founded Shenzhen Ruler Exhibition Co., Ltd. in 2013. Since entering the industry, I have been responsible for the design and construction of over 300 exhibition projects both domestically and internationally, and have been deeply involved in providing landing services for European and American exhibitions. Led the company to obtain the first level qualification for exhibition engineering from the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Industry Association and to be one of the top 30 exhibition design and construction companies in Shenzhen in 2019. Leading the listing and exhibition booth projects of well-known companies such as Intel, DJI, Qualcomm, Skyworth, and Sunny Optics; In 2023, he will serve as the overall manager of the 600 square meter government exhibition hall in Bao'an District of the China International Cultural Expo. In 2024, he will lead the deepening design and construction of the 1000 square meter science popularization and technology exhibition hall of Han's Ark.

Leo Li

Graduated from Jiangxi Vocational and Technical College of Industry in 2019, majoring in Environmental Art Design. Possesses 6 years of industry experience and holds a Level 4 Computer Operator Certificate. His career consists of 3 years of detailed construction drawing deepening for commercial interior fit-out projects and another 3 years of custom exhibition booth design. He is proficient in the drawing deepening and on-site implementation for large exhibition halls as well as domestic and overseas trade show booths. Key completed projects include the 600 ㎡ Bao’an Pavilion at China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industry Fair and the 1,000 ㎡ Hans Ark Science Popularization Center. He has served brands participating in global exhibitions such as CES, China Hi-Tech Fair, NHS Hardware Show and OFC Optical Fiber Communication Conference. He independently manages the full workflow: spatial scheme conversion, construction drawing production, and technical coordination with construction

CoolT Wu

Graduated from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University in 2023, majoring in Product Design. She has specialized in the design and on-site execution of overseas exhibition booths with end-to-end project coordination experience. She has led the full delivery of more than ten international professional expos including LDI, INFOCOMM, KBIS, NAB and Light+Building. Her client portfolio covers well-known domestic brands such as Skyworth Group, Visionox Opto, AOTO and Moku Group, as well as overseas enterprises including Deluxe Living, Hendrix Industries and DFS. She is fully conversant with booth construction requirements across diverse industries and international exhibition execution standards worldwide. Skilled in overseeing the complete exhibition workflow — from conceptual design and material preparation to on-site installation. Currently, she focuses on core trade show projects including IBC, IFA, INFOCOMM, KBIS and NAB. She excels at efficient cross-party resource coordination to ensure all exhibition projects are delivered on schedule with premium quality.

Sylvie Guan

Graduated from Kunming University of Arts and Sciences majoring in Environmental Design in 2024. Skilled in exhibition design, CAD drawing and booth construction. As an exhibition designer, I manage full custom booth projects globally, covering design, drawings and on-site execution. I finished Zhonglan Environmental Protection’s booth independently, led Frankfurt and Hong Kong exhibitions, and delivered a Dubai client’s Hong Kong beauty show from design to setup.

Hanna Wang

Education background: Graduated from Jinan University with a major in Visual Communication Design in 2022, with a systematic study of spatial display, visual layout, and exhibition construction. Proficient in exhibition space design standards, construction techniques, and standardized output of drawings. Current exhibition designer, responsible for coordinating the entire project of special booth design both domestically and internationally. The core responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, planning creative booth solutions, presenting visual effects, drawing detailed construction drawings, and coordinating on-site implementation. Core landing project: Skyworth's 280 ㎡ IBC large special booth in Amsterdam, Netherlands, independently completed space planning, visual system, and overall scheme design, and the project was successfully completed and delivered; DELUSSO European Multi country Tour Special Equipment Project, completed the full design of booths in Serbia, Austria, Hungary, Montenegro, Romania, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries in a short period of time, and produced complete sets of designs and detailed drawings in bulk. All were built on schedule and efficiently delivered to overseas exhibitions in multiple regions.

Liriy Yang

Education Background: Bachelor of Engineering, Nanning University Position: Exhibition Designer Profile: Specializes in full-process design and on-site implementation of custom booths and brand display stands for domestic and overseas exhibitions. To date, he/she has delivered over 50 exhibition design projects for global trade shows, alongside more than 10 graphic design solutions.
