Live Design International (LDI) 2025, the benchmark annual B2B exhibition and professional conference in the global live entertainment, show design and technology sector, is hosted by Questex LLC. During the exhibition, Ruler Exhibition was primarily responsible for the one-stop booth design and construction services for INFiLED. With the brand proposition "Screen Your Dreams", we leveraged a tech-driven visual style and immersive experience to highlight the "visual expressiveness, product diversity and scenario adaptability" of INFiLED LED displays. This approach not only showcased the technological advantages of the products but also communicated the brand positioning of "Empowering Creativity Through Display Technology".

The booth adopted a "functional zoning + traffic flow guidance" layout to efficiently meet the needs of product display, business negotiation and audience interaction:

• Core Display Zone: A large main LED display was installed at the center/top of the booth, paired with multiple vertical screens to comprehensively present product effects in a focused manner.

• Interactive Experience Zone: Experience areas featuring special products such as curved and transparent screens were set up, along with open negotiation tables and chairs, facilitating close-range product experience and communication for visitors.

• Logistics & Support Zone: A storage and equipment area (with black cabinets) was arranged on the side, ensuring practicality without disrupting the traffic flow of the main display area.

• Brand Visual Zone: Truss structures at the top and multiple brand logos (INFiLED Logo) were placed throughout the booth to enhance brand recognition and create a visual focal point.

Several key design strategies were implemented to elevate the booth’s appeal:

1. Unified Visual Identity: The main color scheme centered on "black + red/orange gradient lighting effects", aligning with the technological attributes of LED displays. Dynamic light backgrounds were also used to intuitively demonstrate the products’ color rendering capabilities.

2. Products as Display Carriers: A large number of INFiLED’s own LED displays were integrated into the booth as decorative and display elements (e.g., vertical screens, embedded screens on negotiation tables). This not only reduced material costs but also made the product effects an integral part of the booth itself.

3. Layered Spatial Design: Truss structures combined with a staggered arrangement of screens broke the monotony of a flat layout, while guiding visitors’ attention to the core products.

4. Scenario-Based Presentation: The display methods of curved and transparent screens simulated real-world application scenarios, helping visitors quickly understand the practical value of the products.
