Exhibition Scale

The Gerontechnology Expo and Summit 2025 (GIES 2025) will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from November 20 to 23, 2025. Co-hosted by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and other parties, the event boasts over 270 exhibitors and nearly 1,000 exhibits, covering multiple senior - friendly technology fields such as health monitoring and telemedicine.

The expo features special themed pavilions including AI - Powered Smart Senior Care, Defecation Health and Care Food. It also offers a variety of supporting activities like the Silver Economy Summit, cooking demonstrations and Rental & Online Shopping Trade Fair. Gathering exhibitors and innovative products from China, Europe, Australia, Japan and other regions, the event integrates functions of technology exhibition, industry exchange and market matching, focusing on the opportunities in the silver economy and the construction of the gerontechnology ecosystem.

White is adopted as the main color, complemented by light wood accents. White reflects a sense of technology and cleanliness, aligning with the professional attributes of the medical rehabilitation sector; light wood adds warmth, softening the coldness often associated with medical products and creating an approachable atmosphere.

Product Display

Core products such as rehabilitation beds, mobility aids, and nursing chairs are displayed in an open layout, enabling visitors to observe and experience product functions up close. The background wall features the brand name, slogan, and posters of product application scenarios, conveying brand philosophy and product value through visual presentation.

Functional Zones

• Negotiation Area: Equipped with minimalist tables and chairs, it provides a private and comfortable space for business communications and product consultations.
• Reception Area: Located in a prominent position at the entrance, it features a sleek reception desk for quickly responding to visitors’ needs, forming an efficient spatial circulation. An illuminated brand logo is also installed here, which not only catches the eye but also helps visitors quickly recognize the brand and strengthen brand awareness.
