Exhibition Scale

The 28th Cosmoprof Asia 2025 will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from November 12 to 14. As one of the most influential beauty B2B events in the Asia-Pacific region, it will gather over 2,800 exhibiting brands and more than 70,000 professional visitors.

The exhibition features two major zones: Fragrance, Makeup & Nail Art, and Hairdressing & Beauty Salons, along with two dedicated perfume sections – the Fragrance Boulevard and the Niche Perfume Explorer Zone.Concurrent with the exhibition are multiple industry forums, where over 30 international speakers will discuss industry trends, and institutions will release beauty trend reports. It serves as a core platform for the beauty industry to connect business opportunities and gain insights into trends.

At Cosmoprof Asia 2025, OSMA&REEF's booth is crafted by the professional team of Ruler Exhibition. With "Brand Differentiation and Integrated Coexistence" as its core design concept, the booth adopts a modular design featuring two independent brand zones. This design not only strengthens the individual brand recognition of OSMA and REEF but also achieves visual and functional harmony through shared space elements (central landscape greenery). It meets the display needs of multi-brand joint participation in beauty exhibitions while creating an immersive and differentiated brand experience scenario for professional visitors.

OSMA Zone: Enclosed by a light blue arc-shaped structure, it forms a semi-open space. Inside, multi-layered product display platforms are set up, paired with white negotiation chairs, realizing the functional division of "product display + business negotiation". The luminous brand logo on the top enhances the visual focus.

REEF Zone: An independent area constructed with a warm orange arc-shaped structure, integrating wooden display cabinets and red negotiation furniture to form a layout of "product display + interactive experience". The brand logo is presented in multiple dimensions on the top and display cabinets to enhance memory points.

Shared Area: The two brand zones are connected by central landscape greenery (bonsai and large foliage plants), which not only divides the space but also creates a natural atmosphere, enhancing the sense of hierarchy and comfort of the entire booth.
