Wohnen & Interieur Vienna is Austria’s largest and most influential professional trade fair for home furnishings and interior design, as well as a key industry exchange platform in Central Europe. Organised by Austrian Exhibition Experts GmbH, it is held annually in March at Messe Wien. The 2026 edition will take place from 11 to 15 March.

Operating in a mixed B2B+B2C format, the fair covers an exhibition area of approximately 35,000 sqm and attracts around 450–500 exhibitors each year. In previous editions, professional visitors accounted for about 60% of total attendance, while international visitors made up roughly 25%. The event recorded 36,086 visitors in 2024, around 35,000 in 2025, and is expected to welcome about 36,000 visitors in 2026.

Exhibits span the entire industry chain, including furniture, kitchen and bathroom products, decorative lighting, design and craftsmanship, outdoor living, and more. The fair features special zones such as a handmade art section, design forums, and a sustainability pavilion. It serves as a core sourcing platform for Austrian designers and retailers, and also acts as an important hub connecting the German-speaking region and Central and Eastern European markets.

Brand Style

The booth adopts white and warm gold as the main colors, matched with soft macaron-toned furniture, conveying a light-luxury, modern and comfortable home aesthetic, which is in line with DELUSSO’s positioning as a high-end furniture brand.

Core Logic

Through the three-zone linkage of “Exhibition + Experience + Negotiation”, the booth not only highlights the sense of product design but also creates a relaxed atmosphere for business communication, allowing visitors to intuitively experience the living scenarios of the furniture.

Visual Highlights

The suspended light boxes at the top echo the brand logos on the facades to strengthen brand memory. The open and transparent structure breaks the boundaries of traditional booths, improving attractiveness and accessibility.

The overall circulation follows a layout of “exhibition at the front, negotiation at the back; display on the left, seating on the right”, with clear and independent functional zones:

Entrance Reception Area (Lower Left)

Equipped with a curved reception desk and an interactive guide screen, this zone undertakes brand reception, material distribution and preliminary consultation, guiding visitors into the main exhibition area. As the first impression zone, it features warm gold decorative surfaces consistent with the brand logo to enhance brand recognition.

Product Display Area (Left + Right High Cabinets)

• Left Stepped Display Zone: Multi-level platform design to showcase core chair models. The contrast of colors and shapes highlights product design and seating experience.

• Right High Cabinet Display Zone: Multi-layer open shelves for intensive display of a full range of chair series, creating strong visual impact and enabling visitors to browse the entire product line efficiently.

This zone maximizes product exposure and supports both viewing and trial sitting, allowing visitors to experience materials and craftsmanship directly.

Negotiation & Experience Area (Central)

Combining light blue casual sofas and pink low stools, this area creates a comfortable meeting space simulating a home living room atmosphere, facilitating in-depth communication and experience with clients. A large display screen plays brand cases and product application scenarios to enhance immersion and improve negotiation conversion rate.

Auxiliary Functional Area (Rear)

Reserved space for equipment and storage, used for placing materials, devices and temporary office work, ensuring the front exhibition area remains tidy and does not disrupt visitor flow.

Visitor Flow & Experience Design

• Visitor Flow Guidance: Open entrance and clear display zones guide visitors naturally from reception → product display → negotiation area, avoiding congestion.

• Scenario-based Experience: Furniture is integrated into real-life settings (living room, lounge area) rather than being simply displayed, enabling visitors to immerse themselves in the usage scenarios and aesthetic value of DELUSSO furniture.

• Visual Focal Points: Top hanging flags and high-cabinet light boxes form vertical visual attractions, making the booth highly recognizable from a distance and attracting passersby.
