Exhibition Scale

The 2025 Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from October 27 to 30. Organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), it is Asia’s largest and the world’s second-largest professional autumn lighting exhibition.

The fair is expected to attract around 3,000 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions, covering a total exhibition area of 70,000 square meters. Running concurrently is the 10th Hong Kong International Outdoor & Tech Lighting Expo.

Spanning sectors including indoor lighting, outdoor lighting, LED technology, and smart lighting, the event focuses on smart technology, artistic design, and sustainable development. It serves as a core platform for global lighting enterprises to showcase new products, exchange cutting-edge technologies, and foster trade cooperation, while helping mainland Chinese enterprises expand their overseas business footprint.

Reception & Display Area

A central bar-style zone integrates reception and small-scale product display, equipped with bar stools to facilitate communication. The lighting display device above intuitively presents the differences in the light effects of the products.

• Left Wall:  Chandelier products are displayed in a stepped layout.
• Right Wall:  Independent display cabinets are set up to showcase "full-spectrum smart ceiling lights".
• Background Wall: Multi-zone displays present lighting effects in different scenarios.

Color Matching

• Main Color:  White and gray serve as the dominant colors, creating a concise and professional tech-savvy atmosphere that highlights the modern attributes of LED products.
• Accent Colors: Green is used as the accent color for the brand and local details. It not only echoes the energy-saving and environmental protection concept of lighting products but also injects vitality into the space and enhances brand recognition.
