Hosted by DMG Events UK, this exhibition will be held at the Riyadh Front International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from January 18 to 21, 2026, with the theme of "Green Building · Smart City · Sustainable Future". As the largest annual construction and building materials event in the Middle East to kick off the new year, the 14th edition will gather over 2,000 exhibitors and more than 55,000 professional visitors, covering an exhibition area of over 80,000 square meters. Leveraging Saudi Arabia’s $1.1 trillion infrastructure plan under the Vision 2030 (including the NEOM New City, the Red Sea Project and other landmark projects), it accurately matches the procurement demands for the pre-construction and main construction phases of local residential and infrastructure projects, serving as a golden window for Chinese building materials enterprises to enter the Saudi and Gulf markets.

The exhibition features core product categories including building materials, doors, windows, curtain walls and hardware, decoration and interior design, HVAC and sanitary ware for basic supporting facilities, as well as coatings and waterproofing materials. In parallel, more than 25 professional events such as Big5Talks and the Saudi Construction Leadership Forum will be held, releasing the latest industry policies and technological trends. The event will bring together exhibitors from over 60 countries and targeted buyers including developers, contractors and government procurement agencies. Complemented by wooden chair legs and green plant accents, it strikes a perfect balance between the tough industrial style and a warm negotiation atmosphere.

In terms of spatial layout, the core display area features stone samples laid in layers on the wall, with a photo wall of engineering projects on the upper part to testify to the brand's strength. The reception desk at the entrance serves as a visual focal point, and two sets of negotiation areas are arranged along the inner walls — this design not only utilizes the corner space to ensure privacy, but also forms a smooth traffic flow of "Attraction - Experience - Conversion" through the spacious central passage. The overall style is concise and professional with modular and reusable features, perfectly meeting the efficient display requirements of international exhibitions.
