The 2026 Bucharest Flower & Horticulture Exhibition is a highly influential annual event for the flower and horticulture industry in Romania and Eastern Europe. Held every spring in Bucharest, it serves as a core platform connecting global horticultural practitioners, traders and designers.

Taking place from March 19 to 22, 2026 at the Romexpo Exhibition Center in Bucharest, the exhibition focuses on the entire industrial chain of floriculture and horticulture, covering fresh cut flowers, potted plants and seedlings, garden tools, irrigation equipment, landscape design and supporting services. Centered on B2B trade, it features dedicated negotiation and exhibition areas, attracting professional buyers, designers and distributors from Eastern Europe and neighboring countries such as Romania, Hungary and Serbia.

As a key gateway to expanding the horticulture market in Southeast Europe, the exhibition showcases the world's latest varieties, technologies and design trends. It provides a professional venue for exhibitors to promote their brands, conduct business negotiations and exchange ideas within the industry, helping enterprises establish a presence in the Eastern European horticultural industry.

During the exhibition, Ruler Exhibition was mainly responsible for the one-stop service of booth design and construction for DELUSSO. In terms of spatial layout, the booth adopted an open traffic flow design without closed partitions. The entrance connected naturally with the exhibition passages, guiding visitors to flow smoothly into the core area. The functional zones were clearly and rationally divided: a reception desk and interactive touch screen were set up at the entrance for brand reception and information navigation. The wall-mounted SEG light boxes, mobile display screens and aluminum profile display areas formed a multi-dimensional product display system, delivering both strong visual impact and detailed presentation. The central open-style light gold negotiation area ensured privacy for business communication without compromising the spatial transparency, facilitating in-depth engagement with professional visitors. The suspended brand light boxes at the top served as high-altitude landmarks to attract foot traffic from a distance. The overall layout achieved a complete business closed loop of traffic attraction – display – negotiation.

In terms of design philosophy, the booth centered on environmental protection and sustainability. Eco-friendly exhibition materials, namely aluminum profile fabric stretch systems and SEG illuminated light boxes, were selected as the main components. The aluminum profile frames could be disassembled and re-assembled to adapt to different exhibition dimensions, featuring extremely high reusability. The fabric and light box graphics could be replaced quickly without full demolition, greatly reducing the costs of installation and dismantling. This perfectly aligned with the green exhibition trend in the Eastern European market and conveyed DELUSSO’s brand values emphasizing sustainable development.

Visually, the booth used off-white and light gold as the base tones, presenting a minimalist, high-end and textured look that highlighted the brand’s premium positioning while integrating with the natural atmosphere of the flower and horticulture exhibition. The repeated DELUSSO logos in multiple locations strengthened on-site brand recognition. Scenario-based light boxes and interactive screens integrated products into real-life scenes such as courtyards and home spaces, allowing visitors to intuitively experience the application effects and aesthetic value of the products. While efficiently serving professional visitors, this design helped the brand expand into the horticultural and home furnishing markets of Southeast Europe.
