The Banja Luka International Tourism Fair (Međunarodni sajam turizma "Banja Luka") is a highly influential annual event in the tourism industry of the Republika Srpska of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans.

Organized by RS Consulting and Trade, it is held at the Centar Exhibition Hall in Banja Luka from late February to early March every year. The 2026 edition is scheduled to take place from 27 February to 1 March, with an exhibition area of approximately 1,400 square meters.

The fair focuses on the entire tourism industry chain, covering tourism destination promotion, hotel accommodation, catering services, wellness and leisure, tourism cultural and creative products, and hotel supporting facilities. Centered on B2B business trade, it features professional negotiation areas and industry forums, attracting tourism investors, hotel operators, procurement managers, and distributors from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Hungary, and other countries in the Western Balkans and surrounding regions.

According to previous statistics, the 2025 fair attracted around 150 exhibitors and more than 3,000 professional visitors. With product displays, business matchmaking, and industry exchanges as its core activities, the event maintains a professional and dynamic atmosphere. It serves as a key business platform for brands to expand their presence in the Southeast European tourism, hotel and catering markets, connect with regional resources, and enhance industry influence.

Featuring an open and transparent layout, the booth makes colorful and diversely shaped leisure seating the visual focal point, directly demonstrating the adaptability of DELUSSO furniture in hotel, catering and leisure environments.

Sustainable & Eco-friendly Concept

The booth construction adopted eco-friendly aluminum profiles combined with tension fabric structures and SEG light boxes. All materials are reusable and recyclable, avoiding resource waste caused by traditional one-off construction, fully reflecting the brand’s social responsibility and long-termism.

Elegant Atmosphere Creation

With a soft color palette of off-white and warm gold paired with minimalist lighting, the booth creates an exquisite and comfortable negotiation ambience that highly matches the aesthetics of the high-end tourism, hotel and catering markets in Southeast Europe.

Brand Identity Zone

A reception counter with the brand logo is placed at the entrance, complemented by double-layer display racks and SEG light boxes above to strengthen brand recognition. Scene posters on the side walls vividly showcase product application scenarios and convey a premium lifestyle.

Product Display Area

A layered display system of “double-layer racks + floor placement” is applied: classic seating models are exhibited on the upper level, while popular and creative designs are displayed on the lower level. The staggered layout enriches visual layers and allows visitors to easily compare and experience products.

Experience & Negotiation Area

A leisure sofa set is arranged on the right side to create an immersive experience zone, facilitating face-to-face communication between sales staff and clients and improving the efficiency of business matchmaking.

Key Construction Features

• Eco-friendly Aluminum Profiles & Tension Fabric

  Used as the main booth structure, they are lightweight yet sturdy, allowing repeated assembly and disassembly across different exhibitions, significantly reducing construction costs and environmental impact.

• SEG Light Boxes

  Adopting frameless soft membrane technology, they enable convenient graphic replacement while the frames can be reused for a long time. This ensures consistent brand visuals, reduces material waste compared with traditional light boxes, and aligns with the trend of green exhibitions.
